Fully diluted earnings per share based on the assumed
conversion of the options granted under the Employees' Share Option
Scheme ("ESOS") is not presented for the preceding year
corresponding quarter/period ended 31/12/2000 as the effect is anti-dilutive
whereas for current year quarter and year to date, the fully diluted
earnings per share is not applicable as the ESOS had expired on 10/10/2001. |
