Remark:
Fully diluted earnings per share based on the assumed
conversion of the options granted under the Employees' Share Option
Scheme ("ESOS") is not presented for the preceding year
corresponding quarter/ period ended 30/06/2001 as the effect is
anti-dilutive whereas for the current year quarter and year to date,
the fully diluted earnings per share is not applicable as the ESOS
had expired on 10/10/2001.
