Lonpac Insurance Bhd is licensed by Bank Negara Malaysia under the Malaysian Insurance Act 1996 to transact all classes of general insurance.

CONTRACTOR'S ALL RISK
The policy indemnifies the insured against loss or damage to the construction works, construction plant and equipment. Insured's legal liability as a result of injuries or death to third party and loss or damage to property of third party caused during the execution of the works is also covered.

ERECTION ALL RISK
The policy indemnifies the insured against loss or damage to the erection, testing or commissioning of the equipment. The insured's legal liability as a result of injuries or death to third party and loss or damage to property of third party caused during the execution of the project is also covered.

WORKMEN'S COMPENSATION
The policy indemnifies employer under the Workmen's Compensation Act in respect of injuries or death suffered by his employees arising out of or in the course of their employment.

PERFORMANCE ADVANCE BOND
The Insurers guarantees the Principal of a project that they will be financially compensated as a result of failure of the insured to complete the project as per terms of the contract.
